Everyone seems to be in a great hurry these days. After all Christmas is just a few days away and things need to get done.
There are many things that need to get done, but the most important thing is still your children. As we hurry, hurry around to finish up the shopping and gift wrapping and all the other stuff, we sometimes forget the ones that are the most precious in our lives. Our little children. If they are real young, they can get really “mixed up” this time of the year. Their schedule is all up side down. They seem to get what is left over. So be sure to include them in the activities as much as you can. You know, even little toddlers can carry a present and put it under the tree. You might not want them to carry a million dollar breakable, but they can put the smaller items in place. They can also help to decorate the tree. There are so many unbreakable ornaments out there now that are really pretty and great to us if you have children or even pets around. So keep things on as even pace as you can. The things that don’t get done, no one but you will know.
At Babies Only we are all about babies and little children, so we are always thinking about them. They are at the top of our list in every way. Parents, remember, you only have this time with your child. It can never be recalled. It can never be a
do over. This day is the most important one. Twenty years from now, you won’t remember if the house was perfect or now, but you may remember this day in your child’s life. Be it good or bad. When they are grown, it won’t do any good “wish I had done this” or “maybe I should have spent more time with them” . Then it is too late. So make the very most of every day with your children.
