We have all been there.  Everyone is all dressed up for the “big picture” and then baby spits up on his/her clothing.  There goes the picture that you wanted.  The perfect outfit has just been destroyed.  As for as the picture it’s lost.  If baby had been wearing a bib over his/her clothing, all would not have been lost.  It would have “saved the fashion”.
