We, here at Babies Only, think that their clothes are designed for babies, not for teenagers.  There are soft, pretty, wearable, and look like baby clothes.  Some of their little clothes are perfect for Take-Me-Home.  This is the time that you want something special and a keepsake and Will’beth gives us this.  Some of the clothing is 100% cotton, for those of you who prefer  this.

Let’s don’t be afraid of color.  It does all kind of things for us.  It can brighten up the day.  It brings out the color in you eyes.  It just makes us happy.   Just because it is fall and winter is just around the corner, we don’t have to wear drab colors.  And if we don’t, why should out little boys.  My grandson’s favorite color is red, so I am always buying red.  It may be his whole wardrobe from Granny, but this is OK too.

For the new baby, gowns are always the most functional clothing for sleeping.  Not only are they comfy for baby, they are very easy for Mom or Dad to change diapers in the middle of the night.  This is one item that you need to purchase and will pay a little more to get good quality in the fabric.

Baby gowns are usually made of cotton knit.  (The others are cotton, but not a knit and are usually called a “day gown”.) You want the knit to be soft and to get the better grade of cotton knit, the price is higher.  By higher, I mean a little.  You do not have to pay $50.00 to get a nice cotton knit.  LeTop  and Kissy Kissy make some of the best gowns.  In that they are made of quality knits and have the great finishing touches that we want for our new baby.    Depending on the finishes and designs the price varies some, but all are made of soft comfy knit.

It’s that time of the year when we begin looking for SALES.  For everything from clothing to cars.  Well I  can’t help you with the car, but here at Babies Only we have the clothes.

Yes, I am saying Tutu Dress, because Mud Pie gives us these two very cute Tutu Dresses at a very reasonable price.  Babies Only has them in  pink and purple.  The purple is more lavender than purple, but Mud Pie calls it purple.

With these you do not have to worry about a top to go with or complete the outfit.  The tank style knit top has a very large pink or purple blossom on the front.  The tutu dress is one of those things that we want for our baby girls, not one of the things that is needed.  Saying this, we still need a tutu for our little girls.  They are just so cute.  And they make great pictures.

Little boy’s clothing is sometimes overlooked, I think, because there are no ruffles and lace.  This does not mean that they can’t be cute.  Babies Only has gathered some very cute and fun fashions for your baby boy.

Today we are showing sun hats for our little boys.  They come to us by the way of the Mud Pie company.  your little fellow will love to wear these hats because they are very “BOY”.  One is green check that has trucks and cars embroidered on them.  All little boys love things that go “vroom”.  The had reverses to a blue check. Giving you a choice and change in colors.  The other one is a blue check that reverses to a red check.  This little hat has baseballs embroidered on it.  A perfect hat for this time of the year.  Everyone love baseball.  So take me out to the ball park in style and protect your baby from the sun rays.

We have all been told that cotton knits are the best to wear in the summer.  But maybe we should consider another fabric that has been around for a long time.  It has stood the test of time.  I’m talking about seersucker.

Today you can find all kinds of fashions for the entire family made of seersucker.  Some are 100% cotton and then some are cotton/poly blends.  Which ever to choose, it is the great fabric for summer.  This is one that you can truly wear, wash, dry, and put right back on.  It always has a nice and refreshing look.  Babies Only has infant dresses and sunsuits made of seersucker.  It is one of those fashions that travels well, or can be pulled out of a diaper bag and still looks great.  Take a look and check these fashions out.

An IRON.  I have decided that many households to not have this small appliance.  You ask why would I come to this decision? Well maybe it is because  I see so many little children wearing clothes that look baby found them all wadded up in a ball and just put them on.

I too do not like to iron, but some fabrics just need it.  Mostly just a light pass over will take care of the matter.  Summer time is when we wear more cotton fabrics and these are the most in need of ironing.   So take a few minutes to put your child’s clothing in order.
